Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial or advertising use isn’t allowed. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please check What counts as commercial use?

I keep the copyright to my artwork and may share it on my portfolio or social media. If you’d like your commission to stay private, a +30% fee applies. This privacy fee is non-refundable.

I won’t claim ownership of your original concept and won’t reuse or resell your design.

Please credit HiroChym with a visible link to my social media. You’re free to post the artwork on your own platforms, but please don’t claim it as your own, heavily edit it, or resell it.

Edits after delivery require my permission. Adding text or a watermark is fine, but major changes (overpainting, strong color changes, distortion) aren’t allowed.

Please don’t use my artwork as reference for AI-generated content.

I only use the accounts listed in my Contact section - any others are fake.

I don’t take urgent commissions, so thanks for your patience during the process.

Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch and base color stages. Small fixes after completion are free.

I don’t do full redraws. Please be clear with your request from the start - full redraws require a new commission.

I may decline commissions that are outside my skill range.

In case of disputes, I may cancel during the sketch stage and refund 60%. The sketch and concept remain mine.

Payment should be sent within 3 days after I accept your commission. If you have any difficulties, please let me know in advance.

Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD), Wise, Payoneer, or Ko-fi. Please note that additional Ko-fi platform fees may apply.

When sending payment, please select “Send with Purchase Protection” and include your name in the note so I can identify it easily.

Please do not cover the transaction fee. As the artist, I will handle the fee myself. If the fee is paid by the commissioner, it may cause issues with my account.

I read brief and ask for more information if it's necessary.

Payment 100% after I send a rough sketch/base color.

Fixing max three times if it's necessary (total in the sketch and base color process).

Once the client is satisfied with the final, I will send the final artwork in full resolution (with my signature if the commission is for personal use) through Email.

Please save the picture within 1 month, because after 1 month I will delete the picture due to limited storage space.

The prices apply for 1 character only.

Extra character = 80% base price.

Every commission for personal use will include my small signature.

1x price, not for commercial use personal use means the drawing won't generate to you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment.

1.5x price, when the artwork is not the bulk of the product, but on this tier the credits are obligatory and must be visible to the audience (e.g., a small "art by Hyanna-Natsu" in the corner of an image).

2x price, commercial use when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, CD cover, game assets, social media artwork, etc).

3x price, commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.).
