I reserve the copyright of my works and the right to publish them onto my portfolio and my social media. Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting will cost extra: 30% of commission total price.

If for some reason, you want to "un-private" your commission, just send me a mail stating so. However, there are no refunds of the fee. The fee still counts for the period of time it was private.

I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects.

Please credit to HiroChym somewhere visible with a link that redirects others back to my sns (eg. DeviantArt, Twitter, Instagram, etc...). The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site. DO NOT claim it as your own, edit or distribute/re-sell to any third party markets or use for personal gains.

Clients do not have the right to edit the commission work at their own discretion after receiving the finished rendering without the artist's permission. Except for inserting text or watermark on the picture is accepted, all the changes affecting the original work such as: overpainting the picture, changing the color of the picture too much, and distorting some details in the picture. , ... are not allowed.

Please do not use my art as a reference for AI art prompt. I do not support AI art and will not argue/reconsider.

I only use these accounts in Contact, other similar accounts are ALL FAKE! If you see any other accounts that post my paintings for commission or business purposes but do not belong to the accounts in the contact section, please let me know if possible as they may fake my identity to scam.

I don't accept urgent commissions and please be patient during the process.

I accept changes max 3 times in the sketch and base color process, after 3rd (big) change there will be extra fees. Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free. Please notice that I won't change too small / unnecessary details too many times.

Under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission. Please state everything clearly and in full detail when ordering as I do it exactly as stated. If you insist on a redraw no matter what, you will simply have to commission me again.

I have the right to refuse your commission request when I feel it is beyond my drawing ability.

In case artist and client have a dispute or disagreement, client wants to fix too much after sketch and payment process and the artist feels that they can't continue to work anymore, the artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund 60% of total commissions value. The copyright of the sketch, the idea belongs to the artist. **PLEASE NOTICE THIS. **

For clients whose commission was canceled by me after sketch and payment, I will consider carefully if there is a next time.

The payment has to be sent in 3 days after I accept it, if you have any struggle please tell me beforehand.

Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD), Transferwise, Remitly or Vietnam local bank transfer / Momo wallet.

I already have an official and clear price list posted on my site, so whoever bids down will be blacklisted. I also do not accept installment payments.

Always choose "Send with Purchase Protection" and ONLY note your name when you send me the payment.

DO NOT DO NOT pay the fee! As the artist, I cover the fee for you. If the commissioner pay the fee, my account could be frozen by doing so!

If you wish to tip (some people do), you may send it through the "buy a coffee" via my Ko-fi. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for valuing and appreciating artists' work.

The commision will commence after receiving first 50% of payment. Once the final sketch is approved, please kindly transfer the rest.

Please consider carefully before commissioning me. Since we have two payments for each sketching and finishing process, I do not accept refunds. - Please read "5. Commission FAQ" part for more detail.

I send a rough sketch/base color with a watermark through email **(The sketch at this stage is just a preliminary sketch for you to see the overall composition of the picture, and will be eventually changed in the rendering process considering the affect of light, color, composition, mood, etc) **

Fixing max three times if it's necessary (total in the sketch and base color process).

Client pay 50% rest after the final sketch/base color is approved (if you choose pay 50% first).

Once the client is satisfied with the final, I will send the final artwork in full resolution (with my signature if the commission is for personal use) through Email.

Please save the picture within 1 month, because after 1 month I will delete the picture due to limited storage space.

The prices apply for 1 character only.

Extra character = 100% base price.

Extra charges for NSFW, additional items, weapons, pets or background art.

Every commission for personal use will include my signature.

1x price, not for commercial use personal use means the drawing won't generate to you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment.

1.5x price, when the artwork is not the bulk of the product, but on this tier the credits are obligatory and must be visible to the audience (e.g., a small "art by Hyanna-Natsu" in the corner of an image).

2x price, commercial use when the artwork is not the bulk of the product ( promotional material, CD cover, game assets, social media artwork, etc. ).

3x price, commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product ( body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc. ).
